THE PRESENT FORMAT OF OUR EVENTS
The mix of blind-tasting, wine-learning, good food, competition, friendship and convivium proved to be intoxicating, and since that first meeting, we’ve had regular 2-monthly meetings since.
Our present format of meetings is to decide on a theme, divide the Coterie into 2 teams, each with its own Team-Leader, who then confer with each other to determine every aspect of the next venue and competition. The only unchanging aspect of Coterie functions is the ‘cornerstone’ rule of semi blind-tasting.
